1. All Bungalow have full kitchen utensils ( dining table, refrigerator, rice cooker, Gas stove, etc.)

2. All Room got 1 wall fan

3. Check in time 2pm onward, check out time 12pm before

4. Each room got mineral drinking water

5. No Pet allow

6. Making loud noises from 10 PM onwards is strictly prohibited

7. BBQ Grill Foc for lend, but equipment as charcoal / bbq fork need to bring your own

1. Reservation was hold 24 hours from now , time over without payment will auto release the booking.

2. Full payment for booking is required, no cancellation allowed even though due to COVID-19 or natural disaster which unexpected circumstances had suddenly had occurred.

3. We are accept full payments for booking and Not refundable. However you may wish to set a replacement date for your visit. Cancellations made less than 48hours prior to arrival will not be replaceable. Validated replacement extended 3 months from original booking date. Any amendments of check in date need to be made 10 (Ten) days prior to arrival date.
