1. About Payment - Reserve 24hours for Full Payment to Confirm booking and not refundable. Otherwise, We will collect a RM100 refundable security deposit, this deposit will refund by online transfer in same check out day before 9pm, based on there is Not lost or damage to the property.

2. About Rescheduled & Date Replacement -

+ Booking Weekday rate, rescheduled in weekend/public holiday date, have to compensation for price difference.

+ Booking Weekend/public Holiday, but reschedule in weekday/weekend, not refundable the price difference.

+ Reschedule only available with same unit.

+ Time period for date replacement or reschedule is 6 months from the booking date.
