+ First floor Open space bedroom  : Tatami 8 mattresses on floor 

+ 1 washroom/bathroom with shower and water heater

*Shared Kitchen Detail*

+ Indoor pantry with kitchen utensils for 10 pax (plates, cups, fork and spoons) & electric kettle

+ Outdoor communal kitchen with cooking facilities (stove, pots, etc)

*Additional Service*

+ Steamboat set : RM10/use

+ BBQ Grill : Free (netting is used, If you care about hygiene, you can bring your own)

+ Single Mattress : RM20/unit 

*House Rules & Regulations*

1.Check in : 2pm onward

2. Check out : 12pm before

3. Room extension beyond 2 p.m. shall be charged as one night rate

4. No Pork / No pet allow

5. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire homestay area.

6. Strictly no cooking allowed in the rooms.Outdoor sharing kitchen is provided for all units.

7. Please keep surrounding clean.

8. Extra mattresses (with pillow and blanket) / BBQ charcoal can be added upon request

with charges.

9. We do not provide towels, WiFi, TV, meals.

10. We have some friendly dogs. However, they will be in their cages when there’s guests.

*Booking Detail*

1. Once booking was reserved, have to make payment within 24hours, over time will auto release reservation.

2. Full payments for booking and not refundable even though due to COVID-19 or natural disaster which unexpected circumstances had suddenly had occurred. However you may wish to set a replacement date for your visit. 

3. Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to arrival will not be replaceable. 

4. Booking weekday rate,  rescheduled in weekend/public holiday date, have to compensation for price difference. Booking Weekend/public Holiday, but reschedule booking in weekday/weekend, if not refundable the price difference. Rescheduled booking only available with same unit.

5.  We would wish to inform you that we are also collecting a security deposit of RM100. This deposit shall be refunded back during the check-out procedure, subject to there is no loss or damage to the property.
