1. About Check in :

- Check-In: 2:00 PM

- Check-Out: 12:00 PM

2. NO shoes walking inside, please use provided or self-prepared slippers.

3. NO SMOKING/Pet/Durian allow inside the unit (Balcony area can smoke)

4. Any damages or vandalism (up to RM15,000).

5. Respect and take care of amenities.

6. Avoid disturbances, eviction without refund otherwise.

7. Turn off air conditioning when not in the premise.

8. Dispose of garbage in rubbish room at Basement, level B.

9. Return key to mailbox at Basement during check-out.

10. Additional Housekeeping service available for RM30 per session.

11. Violations may result in evacuation or penalties without prior notice.

*------ Booking Terms*

1. *About Payment* - After reservation, full payment must be made within 24 hours to confirm the booking. The payment is non-refundable.

2. *About Rescheduled & Date Replacement*

+ Booking Weekday rate, rescheduled in weekend/public holiday date, have to compensation for price difference.

+ Booking Weekend/public Holiday, but reschedule in weekday/weekend, not refundable the price difference.

+ Reschedule only available with same unit.

+ Time period for date replacement or reschedule is 6 months from the booking date.

3. *About Cancellation* - Free Cancellation within 48 hours before check in.If any last min cancellation is made, we may charge you a 1 night stay.

4. *About Security Deposit* - We would wish to inform you that we are also collecting a deposit of RM100 for every booking before your stay. This deposit shall be refunded back during the check-out procedure, subject to there is no loss or damage to the property
