- Each unit available add 2 extra single mattress in living room

- Can fit in 6pax, after add mattress then total fit in 8pax

- 1 Pantry 

- 1 toilet with water shower heater

-----Utilities Detail :

Basic kitchen utensils, electric stoves, pans, kettle, shower heater, bed sheet, quilts, blankets, pillows, TV with USB Drive, BBQ stove(for rent).

-----Additional Rent-able Items:

1. BBQ Stove - RM20 /use

2. Charcoal - RM8 /bag

3. Extra Mattress RM20 /set per night

(Extra mattress available add on living room only)

4. Mahjong Table - RM20

-----Take note :

1. Check in Time : 2pm onward | Check Out Time : 12pm Before

2. We encourage visitors to collect and remove rubbishes created during visits.

3. We encourage visitors to responsible to their own belongings.

4. A House shall not allowed to be accommodate more than 8pax.

5. Making loud noises from 10 PM onward is strictly prohibited.

6. Not Pet allow

7. Not pork / non halal food allow

-----Booking and Cancellation Term :

1.  After reservation have to  may payment within 24hours, over time will auto release the reservation.

2.  Full payment for booking is required, no cancellation allowed even though due to COVID-19 or natural disaster which unexpected circumstances had suddenly had occurred.

3. We are accept full payments for booking and not refundable. However you may wish to set a replacement date for your visit. Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to arrival will not be replaceable. Validated replacement extended 3 months from original booking date.
