a) Master Bedroom comes with 2 nos of Queen size bed, walk in wardrobe, and an attached bathroom fixed with water heater.

b) Bedroom 1- comes with 2 nos of Single bed and an attached bathroom fixed with water heather.

c) Bedroom 2- comes with 2 nos Single bed

Note:

**There is 2 nos of additional Mattress set ( each comes with bedsheets, 1 Pillow and a blanket) to which can be placed each in Bedroom 1 & 2.

**We also provide two Extra mattress set for rent ( Rm30/each set come with pillow and blanket )

Living Room Description:

There are 2 living room areas

a) Living Room 1- has a sofa set and next to a Fire Chimey

b) Living Room 2- Sofa set comes with a 55 inch smart TV

***Shaded Car porch can accommodate 2 cars and outside 4 cars

------Wheel Chair Friendly

This home is designed in consideration to guests on wheel chairs. There is a ramp up to the house which provides ease to guests on wheel chairs. In bathrooms are also wheel chair friendly where holding bars are installed and the bathroom size and door type can cater for guests on wheelchair.

------Kitchen Facilities

There is a cooking stove, rice cooker, water filter, refrigerator, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and also cutleries to cater for 10 pax. We do note provide any cooking ingredients.

a) BBQ Pit ( Guest wanting to do BBQ to bring their own cooking ingredients

b) Steamboat

Take Note :

1. To block these dates, FULL payment is required & refundable deposit of RM100 upon checkout

2. These rates are subject to change depending on the situation over the next few months on how the pademic affects booking.

3. For check in, our caretaker will be there on standby to greet and assist our guests during their stay.

4. Check in time : 2pm onward, Check out time 12pm before

5. Once the booking is approved, it can only be kept for 24 hours, and the unpaid payment will be automatically released after the time has passed.

6. Before the check-in date, please inform us the total number of people staying

8. Reservations need to be paid in full, even if unexpected circumstances occur due to COVID-19 or natural disasters, refunds are not allowed, but once the epidemic is stable, other dates can be changed.
