4- We FOC provide BBQ pit (Without provide charcoal and net),steamboat pot,rice cooker,fridge, water heater, kitchen utensils, towel, hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo.

5- Once booking done, payments are not refundable. However you may wish to set a replacement date for your visit. Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to arrival will not be replaceable.

6- Not pork or non halal food allow, but beer can.

7- During check in , we will take a Refundable Security Deposit in cash RM100.00 for each chalet, will refund to you guys once check out time. 

8- Making loud noises from 10 PM onwards is strictly prohibited
