【*Take Noted*】

1. Self Check-in/Check-out : Key Dropped off/Collect at our kafe counter when the kafe is open or our lockbox if the kafe is closed. 2pm onward to check in, 12pm before to check out.

2. Please always keep our cabin clean and tidy, rubbish bin was placed on the balcony. 

3. No BBQ/Steamboat for rent, Recommend to a nearby restaurant H benjamin to settle your meal.(1mins destination only)

【*House Rules*】

1. 🚫No pets or non-halal food

2. 4pax in each cabin

3. 🚫No Smoking/Vaping 

4. 🚫No allow Cooking

5. 🚫No karaoke + Noise to be kept at a minimum after 10pm

6. 🚫No Durian & Mangosteeen inside the cabin

7. Lost key replacement (RM50)

【*Booking Term*】

1. Full Payment must be made within 24 hours after booking was reserved, otherwise the system will automatic release the reservation.

2. We will collect a RM100 security deposit for each chalet, this deposit shall be refunded during the check-out procedure on same date before 10pm, subject to there is no loss or damage to the property.

3. We are accept full payments for booking and Not refundable. However you may wish to set a replacement date for your visit. Cancellations made less than 48hours prior to arrival will not be replaceable. Validated replacement extended 3 months from original booking date. Any amendments of check in date need to be made 10 (Ten) days prior to arrival date.

4. No cancellation allowed even though due to COVID-19/MCO or natural disaster which unexpected circumstances had suddenly had occurred.
