*------ Booking Terms*

1. About Payment - After reservation, full payment must be made within 24 hours to confirm the booking. The payment is non-refundable.

2. About Rescheduled & Date Replacement

+ Booking Weekend/public Holiday, but reschedule in weekday/weekend, not refundable the price difference.

+ Reschedule only available with same unit.

+ Time period for date replacement or reschedule is 6 months from the booking date.

3. About Cancellation - Free Cancellation within 48 hours before check in.If any last min cancellation is made, we may charge you a 1 night stay.

4. About Security Deposit - We would wish to inform you that we are also collecting a deposit of RM200 for every booking before your stay. This deposit shall be refunded back during the check-out procedure, subject to there is no loss or damage to the property
