1. Check in 3pm Onward

2. Check out 12pm before

3. Not Allow : Pets + Party + smoking inside the unit + Durian

4. Making loud noises from 10 PM onward is strictly prohibited.

------Booking Term :

1. We are accept full payments for booking and not refundable.

2. About Reservation : Full name for reserved, must make payment within 24hours either system will auto release the blocking.

3. About Cancelation : Please inform us before 7 days before check in, ONLY accept reschedule but no refundable.

4. About Rescheduled :

+ Validated replacement extended 3 months from original booking date.

+ Booking weekday, but reschedule to weekend/holiday , have to addon fee.

+ Booking Weekend/holiday rate, but reschedule weekday , no refund the extra balance

+ ONLY can reschedule with same unit.

5. About Security Deposit ：We would wish to inform you that we are also collecting a deposit of RM150 for every unit before your stay. This deposit shall be refunded back during the check-out procedure, subject to there is no loss or damage to the property
