------Bed/Room Detail : 

There is 5 bedrooms.:

Bedroom 1 :  Queen bed x1 + attached bathroom=2pax

Bedroom 2 :  Queen bed x1 + attached bathroom=2pax

Bedroom 3  : Single bed x 2 + shared bathroom=2pax

Bedroom 4 : Single bed x 2 + shared bathroom=2pax

Bedroom 5 : Sofa bed x1 comes with attached bathroom.=1pax

✅Bedroom 3 & 4 is Link Room with share bathroom too.

✅We have prepared sleeping places for 9 pax + Extra 2 sets single mattress for rent (RM50/each set = including pillows + blankets)

✅If there are more than 11 people, please bring your own mattresses and pillows, we will charge no exceptions.

✅The accommodation can accommodate up to 15people, but we only prepared tableware/beds for 11 people. 

✅ If there are more than 11 people and it is not convenient to bring a mattress, you can sleep in our living room: there are 2 sofa beds, one can accommodate 1 or 2 people (depending on body size)

------About Kitchen :

We do hv oven, 1 wok, 1 frying pan, 1 pot, electric kettle, rice cooker, spoons and forks 12 pieces. Dinner knife 9, Chinese soup spoons. Spatula, turners, spaghetti fork, soup spoons. Plates 15, soup bowl 2 large, serving dishes 2, and 1 salad bowl

✅Accommodation suitable for big family/friend travel/company travel/boss-level travel/Company Trip

✅Materials needed, such as gas can/paper plates/paper cups/food materials can be purchased at hyper market Bataras just at pekan kundasang.

------Terms and regulations.

1.. Check-in time after 2pm | Check-out time before 12pm

2. Once the booking is approved, it can only be kept for 24 hours, and the unpaid payment will be automatically released after the time has passed.

3. The payment is not refundable. However, you may wish to set a replacement date for your visit within 3 months after the booking date, and cancellations within 7 days before arrival will not be replaced.

4. Before the check-in date, please inform us the total number of people staying

5. We would like to inform you that we also charge a deposit of RM300. This deposit will be refunded during check-out, provided that the property is not lost or damaged

6. Reservations need to be paid in full, even if unexpected circumstances occur due to COVID-19 or natural disasters, refunds are not allowed, but once the epidemic is stable, other dates can be changed.
